The Terms & Conditions below regulate the terms between you as buyer and PlayToday AB as seller.

Delivery

All products are delivered digitally to the email address you provide when placing the order. The delivery takes place automatically after successful payment, unless otherwise is specified on the products information page.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT. PlayToday AB reserves the right for price changes, product not being available and any factual errors that may occur on the products information page or in our advertisements.

Return Policy

Due to the natury of the products we sell (digital products) we do not offer any return policy and do not have the possibility to take any products back.

Complains

If the game key you bought from us is not working or is not consistent with what was stated on the product information page you can raise a claim. To invoke that the game key is incorrect you will need to file the complaint within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue. Compatibility issues between the game and for example, your PC or console is not a legitimate reason to file a complaint.

Customer Service

PlayToday AB does not provide support for products purchased from us. We refer directly to the manufacturer’s own support departments, they are experts in dealing with issues concerning their respective products.

Privacy Policy

The information you provide about yourself is only used internally. No information about you will be passed on to third parties. The specified data can be used in order to maintain customer relationships via email, SMS and other marketing purposes by PlayToday AB..

Your status

By placing an order through the our store you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and/or that you are at least 18 years of age or have your parents consent

Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

  1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action
  2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether war declared or not) or threat or preparation foe war.
  3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster
  4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport
  5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunication networks
  6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

In case of dispute

In case of any dispute, we follow the Swedish organisation Allmänna Reklammationsnämndens recommendations.
